Users who register for the Salon’s services may receive emails related to service operation, consultation, booking confirmations, receipts, important notices, and other information related to the Salon’s services.
Users may unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time by following the instructions provided in such emails.
Service-critical communications may still be sent when necessary for the operation of the Salon’s services.
The Salon may store or process personal data on servers or systems located outside Japan, including through the use of overseas cloud service providers, content delivery networks (CDNs), and infrastructure providers.
In such cases, the Salon ensures that appropriate safeguards are implemented in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including contractual arrangements and security measures that provide a level of protection equivalent to that required under Japanese law.
Where required by law, the Salon will provide necessary information and obtain consent regarding overseas handling of personal data.
