Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to maintain privacy and comfort for all clients.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. The full session fee will still apply.
If you choose to end your session early, the full fee for the originally booked time will still apply.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations may incur a fee in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
To maintain a quiet and safe environment, please come alone to your appointment. We are unable to accommodate guests or children.
Please arrive clean and freshly showered. This helps ensure the best possible results and a safe treatment experience.
Please inform us before your session if you have any medical conditions, allergies, or are taking medications that could affect your treatment.
To respect scent-sensitive clients, please avoid wearing strong perfumes or scented products before your appointment.
Please silence your mobile phone and refrain from phone calls during your session to maintain a relaxing atmosphere.
We maintain a professional, respectful environment. Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate end of your session without a refund.
