Self-Introduction

I myself had experienced the trouble of having unwanted hair and had to undergo electrolysis, so I opened Pinsia in the hope of using that experience to help people with the same problem.

I have skin that burns easily, and I was often unable to receive the hair removal treatment I had signed up for because of my skin color. That’s when I came across electrolysis.

I had never heard of this hair removal method, and even after researching, there were far fewer salon options than other hair removal methods… I was worried about whether it would really remove unwanted hair, and about the pain, before trying electrolysis.

But, just like the customers who come to Pinsia, I still wanted to get rid of my unwanted hair! That’s why I was able to try electrolysis.

I’m sure everyone has the same worries and concerns, so I first make sure they understand electrolysis in a consultation, and then proceed with the treatment within a reasonable range, so that customers can continue to come to the salon until they can alleviate their unwanted hair worries.

I was in the same position as my customers. I think this is my greatest strength.
